Should you opt for our fully managed service, Marlowe’s will appoint a dedicated property manager who will be your main point of contact for the duration of the tenancy and will be on hand to assist with any queries you may have or advice you may require. Our property managers are locally based with excellent knowledge of the area.
Your property manager can instruct a trusted Marlowe Estate’s handyperson to carry out a pre-tenancy health check of your property, ensuring that everything is in working order for your new tenant. Your property manager will then personally carry out regular inspections of your property, complete with photography. All repairs and maintenance issues reported are dealt with swiftly, and our trustworthy and reliable contractors will be instructed to deal with any issues that may arise.
Our out of hours emergency team are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing extra assurance that your tenants are always looked after. If there are non-essential improvements to be made, we can set up a call or meeting with our Design & Refurbishment team.
Right from the start, your property manager will work closely with our Lettings team in order to facilitate a smooth move in for your new tenants and that any agreed requests have been met. You will be kept up to date of any changes in legislation and advice and support will be provided in order for your property to be fully compliant at all times. Should you require, an annual summary of your accounts can be provided to assist with tax returns.
