Let only Rent Collection Full Management
  We will find, reference (landlords’ cost), and assist with the move in of Tenants to the Property, and lodge the security deposit with the TDS or DPS (at the landlords cost). As per Tenant Find but we will also collect & remit rent, manage arrears if necessary and serve any relevant notice to the Tenant. Includes Inventory, Check out, and Deposit Lodge As per Rent Collection but we will also deal with all maintenance issues, arrange compliance checks, and provide emergency out of hours service.

Deposit Registration – LET ONLY SERVICE

Register the deposit and landlord and tenant details with a government authorized scheme. Provide the tenant(s) with the deposit certificate and prescribed information within 30 days of start of tenancy.

If there is gas at the property, please note we cannot move a tenant into a property without a valid Gas Safety Certificate.
